Terms of Service

Eduvorea provides software that allows schools to manage educational and administrative activities, including:

• Students
• Employees and staff
• Classes and subjects
• Attendance
• Examinations and results
• Fees and payment records
• Academic years
• Student portals
• Notifications and email communications

Features may change or be updated over time.

A school must create an account to use the administrative features of Eduvorea. The person who creates the school account becomes the organization’s Owner and receives full administrative access.

Users may be assigned different roles, including:

• Owner
• Admin
• Teacher
• Accountant / Financial staff
• Student

Access to features depends on the user’s role and permissions.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information
• Maintaining the security of account credentials
• Restricting unauthorized access to your account
• Promptly notifying Eduvorea of suspected unauthorized access

You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by a security issue attributable to Eduvorea.

Schools using Eduvorea are responsible for the information they enter into the platform and how they use it. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Use the service lawfully
• Maintain appropriate authorization for student and staff information
• Protect user credentials
• Assign appropriate roles and permissions
• Ensure that users have appropriate access to student information
• Comply with applicable education, privacy, employment, and data-protection laws
• Obtain any required permissions or consents

Eduvorea provides software infrastructure and does not determine a school’s educational policies or legal obligations.

Schools may create student accounts that allow students to access the Student Portal. Students may be able to view:

• Their profile information
• Published examination results
• Attendance records
• Fee / payment history
• Other information made available by their school

Students are responsible for keeping their passwords confidential. A school administrator may reset a student’s password when necessary.

Eduvorea may provide a 30-day free trial with access to the platform’s available features. During the trial, the school may evaluate Eduvorea before selecting a paid subscription.

At the end of the trial, continued access may require selecting an available subscription plan. Eduvorea may modify or discontinue trial availability at any time for new accounts.

Eduvorea currently offers the following plans:

Pricing and plan features may change in the future. The price applicable to your subscription will be presented before purchase or renewal.

Paid subscriptions are billed according to the selected plan and billing period. You authorize Eduvorea and its payment providers to process applicable subscription charges.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and maintaining a valid payment method where required. If a payment fails, Eduvorea may restrict or suspend access to paid features until the outstanding amount is resolved.

A school may cancel its subscription according to the cancellation process made available by Eduvorea. Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated at the time of purchase, cancellation does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund for amounts already paid.

Any applicable refund rights will be determined by the applicable plan, purchase terms, and law.

Eduvorea may change subscription prices, student limits, features, or plan structures. Where required, we will provide reasonable notice before material changes to an existing paid subscription take effect.

You may not use Eduvorea to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations
• Access another user’s account without authorization
• Attempt to bypass security or authentication
• Interfere with the operation of the platform
• Upload malicious software or code
• Conduct unauthorized security testing
• Abuse or overload the service
• Scrape or systematically collect data without authorization
• Impersonate another person or organization
• Use the platform to distribute unlawful or harmful content
• Circumvent subscription limits or access restrictions

Eduvorea may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or third parties.

Schools retain responsibility for the data they submit to Eduvorea. You grant Eduvorea the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, store, and otherwise process that information solely to provide and improve the services, maintain security, and fulfill our contractual and legal obligations.

Eduvorea does not acquire ownership of school-owned educational records merely because those records are stored on the platform. Our processing of personal information is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Eduvorea and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in:

• The Eduvorea software
• Website and platform design
• Source code
• User interface
• Branding and logos
• Documentation
• Software features
• Other intellectual property belonging to Eduvorea

Except where expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on Eduvorea. Your use of Eduvorea does not transfer ownership of Eduvorea’s intellectual property to you.

You retain ownership of content and information that you submit to Eduvorea, subject to the rights necessary for Eduvorea to provide the service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit such information and authorize Eduvorea to process it as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

We aim to keep Eduvorea available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service may occasionally be unavailable because of:

• Maintenance and updates
• Infrastructure failures
• Security incidents
• Third-party service failures
• Internet or telecommunications failures
• Events beyond our reasonable control

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.

Eduvorea may integrate with or depend on third-party services, including payment, email, hosting, security, analytics, or infrastructure providers. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Eduvorea is not responsible for the independent operation, availability, or policies of third-party services.

Eduvorea provides tools for recording, managing, and displaying educational information. Schools and their authorized staff remain responsible for:

• Entering accurate marks
• Reviewing examination data
• Publishing results
• Correcting errors before publication
• Making academic decisions

Eduvorea is not responsible for academic decisions made by a school or its staff. Once an examination has been published, students may be able to view the published results through the Student Portal. Schools are responsible for reviewing information before publication.

Eduvorea provides tools for recording school fee payments and generating receipts. Schools are responsible for ensuring that:

• Payment information is accurate
• Financial records are correctly entered
• Receipts contain accurate information
• Their financial practices comply with applicable laws

Eduvorea does not provide accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice.

Eduvorea may suspend or terminate an account if:

• These Terms are materially violated
• The account is used for unlawful activity
• Payment obligations remain unpaid
• The account creates a security risk
• Continued access could harm Eduvorea or other users
• Required by law

Where reasonably possible, Eduvorea may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue before suspension or termination.

After termination, access to the account and platform may be disabled. Subject to applicable law, contractual obligations, and our data-retention policies, information associated with the organization may eventually be deleted.

Schools should maintain appropriate backups or exports of information they are required to retain.

Eduvorea is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will always be available
• The service will be completely error-free
• Every feature will meet every particular school requirement
• Information entered by users will always be accurate
• Third-party services will always be available

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Eduvorea will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the service. This may include loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or data, except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Eduvorea and its officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of Eduvorea
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of applicable law
• Your infringement of another person’s rights
• Information or content you submit without the necessary authorization

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the platform, website, email, or another appropriate method.

Your continued use of Eduvorea after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION / COUNTRY], without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Any disputes will be handled in the courts or dispute-resolution forum having jurisdiction under applicable law and the agreement between you and Eduvorea.
