Schools are responsible for ensuring that they have an appropriate legal basis and authorization to provide student information to Eduvorea.

1.5 Payment & Subscription Information

When a school subscribes to a paid plan, we may process information related to the subscription, payment status, selected plan, and transaction records. Depending on the payment method used, payment information may be processed by third-party payment providers. Eduvorea does not need to store full payment-card information when that information is handled directly by a payment provider.

Eduvorea is a platform used by schools to manage their educational operations. For information entered by a school about its students, teachers, staff, or other users, the school generally determines what information is collected and how it is used within the school.

Students authenticate using their admission number and password. Schools should provide students with appropriate instructions for protecting their login credentials.

However, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for protecting their account credentials and should not share passwords with unauthorized persons.

Eduvorea may initially provide students with a default password when their account is created. Students are encouraged, and where required prompted, to change their default password.

Schools and administrators may reset student passwords through the administrative dashboard when necessary. Users should choose strong, unique passwords and keep them confidential.

Eduvorea may send service-related communications, including:

• Staff invitation emails
• Examination notifications
• Examination marks requests
• Examination publication notifications
• Account and subscription-related communications

Certain notification preferences may be controlled by school administrators through the platform.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

School owners may request deletion of their Eduvorea organization and associated data, subject to applicable legal and contractual retention requirements. Users may also contact their school regarding deletion or correction of information that the school controls.
